Pregnancy is only possible when a woman can ovulate. Ovulation requires just a single egg cell or ovum and if sexual intercourse happens, there is a greater chance to get pregnant because of the union of the sperm and egg cell.

 Women fortunately born with 1 to 2 millions eggs and throughout our lives, we lose it through menstruation.  A woman can also induce ovulation naturally. This is a more conservative approach compared to the above-mentioned as it does not require drug therapy and frequent visits to the hospital or clinic. Women can easily ovulate if they quite smoking, drinking, avoid junk foods, eat a healthy diet and lose weight. Ovulation is easily stimulate with a well-coordinated body and with it comes a psychological effect that one can be successful in getting pregnant.

 You can consult your physician or obstetrician if inducing ovulation is your perfect solution towards pregnancy. They will conduct a series of blood tests and physical examinations to determine if it is possible for you to conceive through this method. Other effects that comes along with ovulation induction are tenderness of the breasts, enlargement of the ovaries and sometimes having twins, triplets or quadruplets.

 It is most desirable for couples to get pregnant and have a baby to complete their family. Unfortunately, many women in this generation have become hooked up with work, stressed out with social issues and deprived of living a healthy lifestyle because of some environmental problems. These however can be managed and not be allowed to hinder one’s pregnancy if a woman would really want to. Should one decide to get pregnant, controlling the bad habits and replacing them with the good ones is the first step towards making pregnancy a success.
