Are you looking for a natural way to boost your fertility?  You can now start by engaging into a healthy diet.  A well balanced diet can regulate your body’s hormones involved in the process of ovulation.  When you’re trying to conceive, your diet should include certain vitamins, foods and fats because these can increase your odds of conceiving and can even reduce the chances of infertility. In line with a healthy diet is the elimination of alcohol, avoidance of foods rich in trans fat and possibly changing your eating habits.   • Try to eat less animal-based protein food. Start eating vegetables.   • Fat is not bad. According to a study, a single serving of a high fat dairy food a day helps with fertility. You can try and consume a glass of whole milk or a cup of yogurt. However, overloading on saturated fats found in dairies can be harmful, so you have to stick to the recommended amount per day. Anti-infertility foods such as avocados, peanut butter and olive oil contain monounsaturated fats that can actually help reduce ovulation disorders.
  • Increase your iron intake. Iron is essential for the production of red blood cells and for delivery of oxygen throughout the body, not to mention its effectiveness in reducing ovulation-related disorders. It can be found in animal meat, liver, beans and potatoes.
  • Water please! Choose the right beverage. Instead of sodas and coffee, increase your consumption of water to easily remove toxins from your body. Other recommended drinks are antioxidant- rich green tea, or fresh fruit juices rich in vitamin C.
  • Bust the stress with berries. Managing your stress can improve your fertility. There are foods like berries, leafy vegetables or spinach that can help reduce stress.
